No more 4x4 stance.
Car looks better on stock IROCs. Just my two cents. |

the front might go down a tiny bit more once the 305 goes in. today i swapped some interior pieces out, i think my red/black two tone is gonna work, looks good so far, ill put up some pics soon. but i need some opinions on what to do next with the interior like what else to make black but its kinda hard to decide without pics, ill get em up as soon as i can. _________________

Not as much as you might think, dude. Assuming your using those blue springs I gave you, here they are with an L98 sitting on top of them:

I'm partial to the stock IROC wheels myself as well. They're my favorite, I never liked the chrome IROCs.
Looks much better lowered anyway, no matter what wheels go on there. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

ok so here is a few pics of what i have done to the interior, changed out some red parts for black parts. trying to have a two tone theme. but this is where i need advice, so in the front i have black seat covers and red/black plastic with red carpet, should i leave the plastic red in the back and change the trunk carpet to black? or leave red carpet in rear and change plastics to black (have to cut platic for t-top stuff), or if any one has any other ideas im up for hearin them.
changed all the female ends of seatbelts to black:
sail panels are now black:
door trim is now black:
these are the red ones but i put black visors on it:

IMHO you should go all black. Or maybe all black with a little dark red (to match your burgundy paint).
Two-tone interiors with contrasting colors never look good to me. I like a two-tone with colors that vary only in shade (like the Monterey interior with light and dark beige).
That said, if you want to stick with the two-tone theme you seem to have red as the major color, with black as the accent color. I would leave both the plastic and the carpet red. Then go black with the carpet that's glued into the plastic panels, the sail panels (you already did those) and the rear seats. |

I think it looks good with red where the carpeted areas are (carpet, headliner, door panels) and black trim plastics. If you try to leave red carpet in the front and black in the back I think it'll look odd. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Good question. I think it would look better with the black sail panels. Just my opinion. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

so i got two fairly large boxes from summit today
Cam
Lifters
Headers
valve covers
timing cover
spark plugs
plug wires(coming on backorder, should be here in a few days)
bunch of gaskets
fuel pump block off plate
timing tab
i know im totally forgetting something...
anyway, i painted the motor today, painted it black. it looks pretty good and it will match my valve covers. _________________
