|
|
Hey Crewbies! Well, our annual dyno gathering is getting real close now - March 5,6 & 7. We need to get a solid commitment on headcount for the actual dyno event and for accommodations and other activities. From the other threads it sounds like folks are excited and we stand to have real good participation this year. Ian and I want to make sure that this is a good event for all of us.
I know that our little club has a habit of hijacking threads but this one will stay clean. I need you to copy and paste the questions below with your answers. If you have further questions, discussion, etc. please start another thread or send a PM. I will edit out extraneous info.
For now, my house is the only one in play and while I have quite a bit of room, it starting to sound like we will be full! That is just fine but I want to make sure that we do have enough space for everyone to be able to sleep (for what little of it we will do). Also, even if you are local, if you will be partying you will need to stay or have a designated driver. We party hard and have a good time but don't want anyone hurt or in jail.
Please respond as soon as you can if you will be attending. As soon as we have a pretty solid headcount, we will start finalizing the planning for meals, activities, etc.
We are looking forward to another great event with all of you. Thanks!
-Schultzy
