Umm... thing... with motor... dyno curse not withstanding.
Think big, lots of seats, no overdrive, terrible gas mileage, just the car for cross-country trips at the butt-crack of dawn.

From what I can gather its 15 (+/- approx 2) so far. Only about 9 saying they'll dyno.
Also might have a modified 83 volvo 242 turbo coming. _________________

Sucks I won't be able to make it. I was really hoping to get down there after this engine swap was done. This big floating death trap I'm currently stuck on won't be back up there until a few days after. On a side note I'm having a lot of trouble typing this because the chair I'm using has casters on it and we're moving a bit tonight. Hopefully I'll make it to one of these events. Until then, later haters. |

Any extra cars that want to dyno is fine Derek. The more people the better to make it worth Steve's time! _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

I have a friend with a clean S14 240SX who will probably be coming and dynoing for a baseline. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

I might attend, but no dyno...unless we have more funds to spend...we've been dying for a nice road trip. |

SR20DET? |
KA24DE
Like I said, stock baseline. It is a really clean S14 though. Eventually he and I are going to do a turbo KA24 build with standalone engine management on it.
Turbo KA24 builds are rare, but even in a turbo motor there's no replacement for displacement. We want to prove that an SR isn't the only way to make power in a 240SX.
Either that or an RB25/26 swap. We haven't looked into that as much though. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56
