Now I like this theory! All of us are racing to get our broke-ass cars running for dyno. Rich is so confident that he's having his seats done!
|
LOL...Well that is the plan at least! And I got the job on books a bit ago, the dude is out about 4 weeks, and the time frame is looking good! I don't have a serious performance ride...no worries there! _________________

And the clock starts ticking. Anyone think I can pull off an LT1 swap, start to finish in one month? Oh, and Dewey, you should update the main page. It still says that the upcoming event is last years dyno _________________ Richmond 3.73 posi| 36/24 sway bars | SLP LM2 | Koni's | Ground Control 800/200 | Y2K wheels | Dyno Don headers & Y-pipe | airfoil | BBK underdrive pulleys | Raised strut mounts | Extended ball joints | LCARB'S

Vacation approved, Friday and Monday
I'll be headed out on Friday, so any meet-ups down the I-5 corridor from Tacoma south, let me know.
I haven't officially decided on which car to bring yet. Still not sure if I'll put one on the rollers yet either, but fun will be had in any case |

Does anyone know if the traffic coming home (to Tacoma) at about 11:30am or 12:00 on the 6th would be bad?? _________________ -Donald

It's always bad in that area
That's fairly early on a Sunday and would be moderate at most, not too bad. I normally get home about 3 or 4 on Sunday afternoon, sometimes a little later without any problems with I-5 traffic. |

The sixth is that same Saturday, Al.
I say roll with it. Just have to beat traffic at the army bases up here. And plan for 2 1/2 hrs at the speed limit, or 2hrs speeding.
BTW, if anyone Tacoma or farther South wants to go for the drunkenness, but lacks a proper car to dyno, I have lots of available seats. Seatbelt and gun mufflers not provided. |

Yup. I've been PMing James about it.
The meetup is 7:00am at the 512 P&R in South Tacoma/Lakewood, if anyone else local is interested. |
