Lego's, erector set, toy trains, steel tonka's(must have bout 20 different ones), stretch armstrong, evil kneival racing motorcycle(winder up and watch him go), Big Trax(forget radio control this thing was a programmable tank!), ATARI, handheld galaxion... these were the must haves I grew up with. |

Fred Meyer still has the metal ones!
I about shizzle my pants when I picked it up. Cause I was like "Plastic pieces of shizzle, if a toy doesnt run the risk of you giving you tetnus then you will never be a man" and I picked it up, and it was metal.
Anyways.
Merry Christmas everyone. Time to partake in my family's annual viewing of Christmas Vacation... on laserdisk _________________

Antique? Geez, when I was a kid the slinky was new, and the etch-a-sketch was high tech. Red Skelton, the Beverly Hillbillies, and Ed Sullivan were in prime time.
Damn, now I do feel old |
