This came out of my T.A. The tailpipes still have the stickers on them. Muffler has about a years use, maybe a little less and all is in excellent shape. Has the hanger on the l/pipe too. This is a complete muffler/tailpipe unit and ready to be installed on your F-Body. I want $100. This is less than the muffler would cost alone. Let me know and I can email you a pic of the setup. |

I don't believe it's an 80 series, it doesn't sound like an eighty. I'm thinking it's more a 50 or 70 series, and it's fairly loud. If you PM me with your email address I will email you a pic. Let me know.............. |

80 series is supposed to be louder than 40 series according to the flowmaster website, and that is the usual muffler that comes with the thirdgen catback from flowmaster. _________________ 95 vw jetta gl

couple different hangers maybe but the muffler and tailpipes should be in the right spot.. im pretty sure its the exact same muffler... and i thought they did not make a 40 series for our cars? did you custom it? _________________ 1985 Z28. Don't know what im doing stupid 4th gen broke me.

When I bought this muffler it was for a 4th gen and it's and 80 series and the tailpipes and mounting are virtually the same(I had it on my 3rd gen). If there is any difference in hangers, you're talking a few extra bucks at the muffler shop max!!!!! It sounds great and the whole setup isn't very old. the muffler is still silver and the tailpipes still have stickers and the tips are new(3 weeks old). C'mon guys, this is a no brainer! |
