At Cows last year with my fourthgen, I was roasting my tires at 5000 RPM's in second with a 4L60E. My speedometer said about 90 MPH. Maybe I'm lucky this didn't happen to me! _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

| If he would have had a posi it wouldn't have been spinning so fast. Maybe that's what killed it. That poor tire was probably going 200mph! |

He did a NASCAR with that quarter panel. That tire apparently came through the hatch from the inside after going through the inner wheel well. As stated already, it's a good thing no one got hurt. _________________ 92 Camaro

Yeah, the problem is cheap tires, and no posi. With a peg leg like that, the tire is spinning twice as fast as indicated. If he was showing 90 on the speedo, the tire was spinning at 180mph.
Hehe, Pauly knows how to go for all 4 gears.

yeah, I'd be pretty steamed if that happened to me.

Ive done 3rd gear in my s10 before.
After replacing my 1/4, maybe I shall hold off on the tire spinning _________________ 2008 GMC Z71
