Depends on your application.

If you want to put a T5 where a T10 was then yes. Custom cross member obviously etc. 26 spline clutch disc.

If you can't find a T5 bellhousing and have access to a T10 housing then no. Only the T5 housing has a provision for the Hydraulic Slave '84 and newer.

If you mate a T5 to the Muncie/T10 you have to drill the T5 housing out to 1/2" bolts for the Std Bell.

a friend of mine with a circle track shop is liquidating some spare parts and there is a real nice T10 bellhousing for the 7 inch clutches and has a hydrolic throw out bearing in it already, its all after market and they are running 6 inch clutches in it now over 600 hp
but they are going with an internal clutch trans which requires a new bell housing
so I was wondering if the bolt pattern and such would work with a T5, and also I guess if the 4th gen hydrolic throwout setup will work with a T5 also

Thanks for the responce Paul!

Rich

Was the T10 tilted or straight?

I thought they were installed straight up which would make it a no go for an F body T5 because of the angle they are installed at.

That's part of what I was getting at too. Was at work and didn't have time to elaborate.

F-Body T5's are tilted. Only trans to be tilted.

T56/T10/Muncie/Saginaw etc are all straight up.

We sell alot of T5's and converted V8 T5's w/ S10 tails to hotrodders with Muncie Bellhousings for Model A type hotrods.
