|
|
Alright so with enough persuasion my dealership is having a car show on Saturday June 20th. Obviously they're a little biased being a Chevy stealership. The guy setting it all up is looking to shut down the streets around my shop as well as move cars off the lots for the show. There will be raffles and giveaways as well as BBQ provided by the grocery store below us. I'm sure the body shop below us will be wanting to flaunt their paintjob on my car so we can squeeze some pontiacs in their lot before it gets filled.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to come. I live about 5 minutes from the dealership if anyone wants to crash at my place. However, my driveway is SMALL and there is no street parking but there is a lot a block down at a church that can house some cars if it gets too crowded. I don't know about registration fees or anything yet (if there are any?). I know I'll be taking the day off work to help out for at least a couple hours. Would be nice top push the geriatric corvette club down a bit. _________________

Do they allow chevy powered vehicles? That would get all the birdies in. |

If I can get the day free, I'm down.
Would like to take the car on a long-distance drive with the new iron in it. _________________

Tom, (The guy setting everything up) said it's a floating title right now but I'm going to presume Bruce Titus will give a go ahead on that name. but, the body shop I'm sure will want to show off their paint and having two Pontiacs (mine, and my buddies GTO/Monaro) I'm sure we can squeeze us in. If nothing else, we can park in front of the Show Room on the adjoining street.
The red is the main area for cars, the blue is the area where I'm sure we could take over(hopefully just the lower section) and the green is my car. |

WTF? When did you move into the ghetto?
Either way it's just a roll down the hill from my place, so I'm up for it for sure. |
