i've had a 360 for a little over a year now.. and was looking into bluray.. when i decided i'd pay the extra $200and buy a ps3.. so i bought a 160gb.. only game i've got so far is the one it came with.. drake: uncharted... tryin to decide what game i should buy next.. havn't really looked at what ps3 has to offer.

i know resistance looked sick..

but the only other games i've really seen were multi platform games that i already have on the 360

anyone played the new metal gear solid game?

I'm playing MGS4 right now. I'm borrowing it from my good friend (we swap PS3 games all the time). It's a crazy game and I like it so far. It's similar to the other 3 but more detailed and crazy. In the same breath it's the most realistic in terms of how you interact with people. You play the rebels and as long as you act like one you're fine. If you shoot at them though they turn on you.

If you buy it online it's cheaper than going to the store. You can also download the demo which has the second stage but it doesn't have the movie, intro, or very first stage.

Welcome to PS3 my friend. You won't regret it. Go to the PS3 store and download demo's. You can also download full movies and games. Lots of games for $10.

i havn't hooked it up to the internet yet, i'ma go do it in a second.. the main page is so confusing.. there's like 100 different things on there that i have no clue what he purpose is.. on the xbox it's all laid out and simple.. guess it's time to spend a little time reading the owners manual.. can't remember the last time i did that for a video game system..

how do you download full movies on here?

is resistance 2 out yet?

Second option from the left, all the way down, third option (?) down from the top Smile

And yes, Resistance 2 is out.

Yea. Sign up for PSN then you can access the PlayStation Store.

To add a credit card, go to Internet, account management, then its like add funds or something.

Yes, you need to purchase a HDMI cable for your new console. Just a standard HDMI cable should work fine.

Hey guys,
Just a freindly reminder, it is not a rule per se but good etiquette on the board. We try to only post our signatures once per topic. That keeps folks from having to scroll though pages of the same pic of your car to read three lines of text.

For your consideration.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is the sh*t!!! I have yet to get tired of it! COD: World at War is supposed to be awesome as well, but I haven't played it yet.

Unfortunately, it defaults to "attach signature" so if you aren't paying attention... Wink

If you go into your profile you can select whether or not it always attaches sig, just select no. So simple, even a caveman can do it.
