I want a wrecked TBI or TPI car (perferably rear ended)
Thus I want the engine/induction(tbi/tpi)/accessories/emissions ETC ETC ETC ETC
Want cheap. If anyone sees one let me know!
Doesn't matter what year
Jimmy needs more than 2.8! Jimmy needs to be BIGGER BETTER AND FASTER!
UPDATE: Or a truck TBI w/ 350! That would work even better!

Yeah, I could upgrade to a V8 now, it's just trying to convence the wifey into letting me get one since she thinks it would be impractical and all with a baby on the way _________________ EGM: Who's that chick Mario is rescuing up there?

Let me talk to her... I have five kids and this year got a 1300cc bike and a forged 383.
Very practical. Very family oriented.
Go for it!

P.S. DO NOT let her talk to my wife. |

Ok, I won't let her talk to your wife. I have reminded her also that Stephanie has two kids and her only car is the ROC, so yeah, I don't see why I wouldn't beable to get another camaro and one with more power so I can keep up with everyone else |

You could point out that the back seats are perfect for little ones. Its not till they're full sized that the back seats become a problem |

Paul, don't let her talk to Steph either. The ROC just got retired from daily service and has officially been reduced to toy status. She now drives a 4-door S-10 Blazer. (yes, the white one we all know and love) Overall she says it's way easier but isn't as fun to drive. On a side note, get with me if you need a place to put your 89 while you part it. We may be able to figure something out.
Other Paul, I have a set of LG4 manifolds which happen to be the exact ones that fit the blazer V-8 swaps, yours free if you need them. Also IIRC the 2.8 to V-8 swap has been done by alot of people by extending the stock harness. Seems all the connections are the same on the harness, just shorter wires. Also if your doing a pre-88 let me know, I have all the fiberglass stuff you need to mod the airbox. Wouldn't take me 30 min to whip it out. |

My 2.8 is carbed, so the harness does nothing for TBI.
I also have some TBI L03 Manifolds (Thanks Dewey!) that fit the TBI with air tubes just right along with fitting the s10v8 swap.
I've done the swap before, just want to do this one EFI! |
