Upon my return to the armpit of the country, I find myself saddened, lost, and feeling quite abandoned.
There are opportunities galore for me in the land of the green, cheese and faboo brews, but I am stuck with a long lease that I am unsure how to get out of without owing another assload of money to some apartment complex.
What could one such as myself do to return to the better half of the country, and not owe more money to greedy assholes.
Thanks

Dear Lost,
Build Flux-capacitor for your LS1, go back in time, and kick yourself squarely in the nuts everytime past you thinks about moving to to Texas.
Soon you will train your brain that Texas hurts your berries.
