| I was just looking at engine bolts that they sell on jegs. They have 12 pt and hex heads. Is there any difference besides preference? |

| 12 points are supposed to be harder to round off. But they'll require that your tools are 12 pt. |

I've always found for fasteners that need a lot of torque on them, 6pts with a 6pt wrench or socket is best. _________________
