Go straight to Scott Shafiroff.

Block Dart Little "M"
above is what drives the price up to where we can't do it......
but a sweet motor...

shweeeeet.

a little to much.
I figure that it will cost about as much as the one on e-bay to build it.
I wonder how they can do that and make a profit....

LSx is a way cool motor.

Paul, we aren't just talking LS1, LS6 or any of that jazz. We are talking GM's new LSX block.

That is one bad mofo.

(It sure is a lot of fun to spend other peoples money.)

yeah its not a bad deal either at about 1900 bucks for the cubic inches going well up into the high 400's and likely low to mid 500's depending on deck height...

but, you can get a used LS1 or LS6 for that, add a set of heads and a cam, plus other various things that go with them for about $3000-$3500 bucks after all is said and done...

may as well just go that route Laughing

yes, spending other peoples money is fun... but it never hurts to give them ideas either

There is a guy running one of those 434 motors over on TGO you guys have probably seen him. He is runnin 9's with it. He has a power adder on it as well. Would be a good way to go for someone who doesn't want to build their own engine. I myself would never go that route. I like knowing everything about my car and drivetrain.
