TF80/TF72-112, 267/275 at .020, 239/247 at .050, .544/.566 lift with 1.6s on 112LSA SOLID TAPPET! WOOT!
Should have it in two weeks. Will be running some beefy double springs too!
Time to assemble the shortblock.
Check out my rods! Rebuilt with ARP studs, Polished, Honed, rock on.
block is painted and ready for assembly, Line bored, honed, and a balanced assembly for it

Why not? They are nice to look at. I have 8 and they are highly polished!
Edit: Oh yeah, and My heads have the bowls ported and chambers cleaned up from casting flashes, and the valves unshrouded. Hehe PHEAR MOO! |

Although John seemed to enjoy thrashing on her a few days before... at least 4 times over 100, once over 125, revving at boxters and racing mustangs.

Update:
Shortblock is assembled. Weather or not my clearances are good, or if I cracked a ring on install... I don't know. But it turns over good, so I guess I'll find out in a few weeks.
Waiting for the cam to arrive, and some $$ to pay the machine shop for my heads. |
