Is the big day, the racing event of the year... (well, maybe)
Will Bart get the bird through tech. after-all ?
Will Bartimus Maximus wear the TuTu?
Will The Lama get his car to the track?
Will the Red Sled of Lead run 11's? 10's? 22sec, and blow up half way?
Can Paul go 3 for 3 against Mike?
Satrday 4/10 will be the night to come and find out. (weather depending)...just a quick reminder to try to make if, if you haven't already made plans... _________________

Here's hoping...
I just realized talking to Paully last night that I may just finally achieve my goal this weekend. Been running down so many gremlins lately that I kind of lost site of it.
For those who care, and especially for those who don't, my goal has always been to take the sled into the 11's in full street trim. I am also not prejudiced against 'cheating' to do it. I always figure you run what you brung. And this weekend I will run the sled in the same trim that I drive it to work with everyday.
Wish me luck... would love to get kicked off the track

This sucks I haven't been to the board in awhile. I have already taken Friday off of work. I think I will still race, does anyone know if they will be running 1/4 or 1/8? |

OH OH OH... I think we are talking Saturday not Friday (or at least I am talking Saturday ).
Everytime I have been to PIR they run 1/4.
Maybe Paully or Johnny D can post what time we are planning on being there.

It is so quiet on here that one would almost think nobody had a very good night at the track. |

I sure didn't - trying to figure out what is wrong now. Car seems to be running ok driving around but had a 14.0, a 13.6 (new best but waaaaaay sucky time) and a 13.8 or 9 i forget.
My MPH was all over the board too - the 14.0 trapped at 104! My 13.6 was only 98 mph. ugh

EDIT: Dewey was running some real good times for the stock setup (factory cam is back in his beast). I'll let him tell the tale. |

Well, it was a pretty fun time, other than the fact that I pulled a Dewey from last year....Went to the track in shorts and sandals thinking that it was all good, since I had never been there....pretty much put a end to my night right there! Had Dewey sign to be the driver on my car. The car ran a 17.6 @ 83 mph. Hope to go next weekend and drive my car myself and see if I can do any better. |

The Bart vs. Dewey battle did not go down but Dewey did show up to race (Barts car would not pass tech at this point). So by default we have solidified the tiarra/tutu wearer for PWTCIII - Bartimus Maximus.

Paul, i am sure there is more in your car, i drove pretty bad in yours (16" + 1legger + not so sticky track = really bad combo)
i had an ok night, i only got 2 runs in my car (was right at the front of the line, and left the car in 'on' but not running, i didn't have enough juice left to crank it, so i had to get pushed out of the staging area. but i did run a new best in my car, i went 15.1 @ 90mph (not bad for only having 126hp ) i don't' know if the cam is going to go back in or not, that will depend on if i sell it to justin. be prepared, i will be running more than 15.1 come cows time . |

Yeah, I'm not complaining or anything, and I thank you for running my car, at least the $20 didn't go to waste
If justin doesn't buy your cam, and you do sell it, let me know might just be what I need _________________ Wife: The smellier the car is, the faster it goes right? |
