| well this is kinda odd, but i cant get my headlights to go down when i hit the switch i can hear the motor running but the lights dont move. and i checked and their not rubbing on anything :/ |

yes, i believe it is. they have two, make sure you get the corect one for your year. in 1987 the "new" style was introduced, which is kinda funny because they are more prone to failure then the 82-86 style.  |

| well mines a 89 with 212k miles so im not trying to do much but get it in good working order before i try an sell it. or trade it in if i can find the car i want at a dealer. |

| Yeah, they spiked real recently, like within the past year or two. When I was first looking at buying a car you could pick one up for 2G's easy. |

i believe that is the point. if i could have fixed headlights on my bird i would. but i will gladly deal with pop-up issues forever if it mean i get to own a firebird. they are so beautifull and classy looking. |
