Well, by the time my car is done I really don't believe it is going to be emissions legal. And, even if it is my parents are moving in Septemberish, so I will officially have no home address except a dorm.

So... Which county should I get a PO Box so I can license my car and not have to worry about emissions?

Just about any of the little towns north and east of Everett (Monroe, M'ville, Arlington, etc.) are considered "Agricultural communities" therefore NOT subject to emissions testing. I found that out when I had that old Rustang with NO emissions on it at all!! Didn't matter because I "lived" in Arlington (actually, Smokey Point, but we don't need to talk about THAT!)

hth

What's your major going to be? Or do you even know yet?!! Laughing

Well I am going to Central, over in Ellensburg.

I am not sure on my major at all yet. But... I a few routes planned out in my head.

1) Take advantage of going to Central and leach off my scholarship to become a pilote

2) Join the marines after freshmen year and be in the reserves at the Yakima tank base untill I graduate, then go to OCS and become an officer. (I wanna be a mustang officer)

3) Transfer to UW after two years at central and major it military history

4) Stay at CWU, and figure out my major later.

Right now, 1 and 3 seem like the most likely options, but we will see what happens after freshmen year.

License it in Ellensburg. I think the only place east of the mountains that has emissions is spokane. Not sure about tri-cities now though.

I voluneteer Kelly for my spot on the draft seat that way he can have two because I'm of such wonderful youth that I would do that for Kelly so that his dream may come true.
