I say lets cruise! Atleast whoever wants to. I've got the OD now and dying to go taker out.
Hopefully Ian's driveline wont explode on the track
Late Night Drags gates at 6pm Racing around 7pm. Not sure about the $22 thing. Last year it was $20 to race, and initially you have to buy a number for $10 for the year. |

If we are cruising SR14, I think we should plan to meet up in the couve, around maybe 3'ish. |

This is what I propose. It's a bit long but definitely fun. Let's do it while we have the chance and before gas hits $3. I think we'd want to meet about 1:30 or 2 (probably want a food stop in there). I just can't see John packing a lunch lol.
Start from I 205/SR14 and end up at PIR!
Hit the view point and lots of other stuff. John, we'll be coming back, the same way we went up just you and I and took all those pictures. And the road on the latter half is freshly paved and NICE.

I have a vested interest in starting the cruise around 3pm. If we are a don't get to PIR until a little after 6pm, its not a big deal. And that is still assuming weather permits racing. |

Sounds good.......this is on the 29th again, right?
I have a valid card to race at PIR until 5/16/06. I'll probably race, just to get one more in before my card expires. LOL, with an LG4, I'm betting on a 17 sec 1/4mi. _________________

I'm planning on making it. Just need to know what time to be there and plan on about 2 1/2 - 3 hours to get there. New tensioner pulley will be on and should be running a little better by then. No race for me, but I love the idea of a cruise _________________ 92 Camaro

Alright. Time is 3:30pm
Weather is permitting.
Meeting point will be in the Best Buy parking lot off airport way. This seems like a good place to meet, since most of you if not all are coming from OR and then we can just pop up 205 and straight onto 14 (And I need to pick up some driving music LOL)
11703 NE Glenn Widing Dr
Portland, OR 97220
You'll turn North on the first street East of I205 on airport way. It is where a Sharis and Hotel are on either corner. The road winds to the right and Best Buy is just after Home Depot on the left.
If anyone has any troubles they can call me 360-597-8519 or post here with other options. |

Heh....This new camaro for me has a radio......weird.
I may require some crewbie help in tuning the computer controled Q-jet, since this one is burning rich. I'm gonna tweak with it tomorrow, and see if I can lean it out. I think the Idle mixture control solenoid might be shot, as the "Choke" light stays on when I'm driving. gonna change battery cables too, as these had to be "Modified" to fit side posts. My Tach.....well it works, but idleing is at 4500 (I've been shifting when it gets around 7k, I figure that's about 3000rpms). I "switched" plates with my 84, just until I can get enough money to do the title transfer and registration. Just so I can drive the 85 Z now. (sssh...I know its hugely illegal).
That kind of seems like a long cruise. My girlfriend is in Bothell until May 22, and I promised her I'd come up and visit, plus now, I have about no money to my name. Eeech..shouldn't have bought the car. _________________

I'll call you tomorrow tony. I'm studying the Emission control wiring harness for LG4 and L69 tonight. Dunno if I feel brave enough to do it tomorrow though. _________________

we broke the car Tony......
Eah, no big deal anyways, it'll just have to stay in the garage until I get enough for a distributor and carb...(might be a while...)
I will probably have to bring the 4th gen, and I won't be going on the cruise all over Washington... I will however be willing to meet up with you guys at the track. Not gonna run though. _________________
