Buy them new man. $150 and you're set.
Otherwise you may get a used set that was wearing improperly... once you put em on they'll continue to wear poorly even if setup right. |

I brought my rear (the entire chunk) to Randy's Ring and Pinion on Airport Rd. in Lynnwood. A couple of days later, I had a new posi, new gears, all set up properly, and ready to install for (I think) less than $500.
I HIGHLY recommend them for any kind of work like that! They are awesome!
You can also just buy the gears from them if you'd rather, but for the price, I don't see how you could go wrongwith them doing the whole job.
Unless you are doing some serious bracket racing, I'd stay away from the Richmond gears too, waaaayyyyy noisy. The US Gear set is very good, have much better wear characteristics and are stronger than OEM, and not nearly as noisy.
