it's the gathering. i'll be there. thats a good enough reason to come right there. also if you show we will be one closer to winning "most cars from a single club" at the carshow. |

alot of people arive at different times, but that would be realy cool. we should do that from p-town as well. if everyone can stand going the speed limit for that long. we could get somone to lead who's cruse control actualy works. |

I'm pretty sure I'll be able to go. I'm going to send in the pre-registration regardless if I am able to go or not. I may have to travel, but I'll get more than the $20 back in my expense report. Travel is the only reason I haven't given a definite "yes" to Chevymad in the "how many are coming" thread. |

I'm going to get together a list of B&B's. Sleeping arrangements here are pretty packed. Almost barracks style so if thats not to your liking a room at a local B&B or a tent is recommended. There are 4 B&B's within 1 mile of the house. The 2 spare rooms are allready reserved for 2 couples. That leaves the large room and the living for communal sleeping.. if you sleep! You'll definately need sleeping bags.
There's tons of parking room so if you have an RV you're welcome to bring it too.
I'll be bbq'ing something for dinner every night.. or we'll get pizza or something. Breakfast we usually go to the Duck, so have a few $$ for that.
Guys bring shorts for the hottub. Girls this is optional....
This year I'm requesting you bring NO KIDS!!. If you have kids and want to participate the car show will be a good place to be. But there's too much going on here at my house to keep track of the little ones. I don't want any more hot tub scares or kids around guns.
One last note. I'm putting this on so we can all have fun. Please respect my place and stuff. After you all leave I still have to live here. |
