Interesting early engineering here. Gearing down to get it to go is one thing, but I can't imagine trying to stop those tires on model A brakes!

Wow. That thing is brilliant. Laughing

Buried in that wall of text he says they never got the rear TT brakes working, and the car was known to have crashed several times for lack of braking ability.

I think that's what surprised me the most. For something that some Montana rednecks built in a barn, it's actually well proportioned.
