2 evenings done... 1 gasket changed so far.

One header tube folds over the top of a bolt so tight that the header manufacturer keyhole slotted that hole. It's open end only even with a 3/8s head bolt. To make things even sweeter, the space between the subframe and the head is so tight that you can't use the keyhole slot unless you jack the motor up. Shocked Here's hoping that the remflex gaskets last forever.

Gaskets and ARP stainless hardware installed. Amazing how much less of a POS a car seems when it has no exhaust leaks. Once the lifters finally pump up motor is actually very quiet. Those Remflex gaskets sure crush and seal well. Hopefully they last just as long. Smile

Nice! Exhaust leaks make anything sound like a beater.
I have been having good luck with my remflex gaskets.

Yeah, RemFlex is good stuff. Very merciful to thin crappy flanges, pitting, ect.
