What year is the tilt column out of?
Also, how are the pins holding together? I would hate to go through with the install and have it wiggling about

Jeremiah took the column. I don't know if he was going to sell it or use it, so you'll have to ask him. In case he is selling it I will answer your questions:

1) The column is from an '85. Pulse wipers, no cruise control, manual trans lockout.

2) I have never seen a tilt pin failure in a GM column. Wink

3) I rebuilt the column awhile back and never used it, so the tilt plate has been reinstalled properly, guaranteeing you will have no wobble issues. This column is actually the one I used to write the tutorial that is in the Garage forum. The lock cylinder is also brand new.
