On this side of the pond? Or anything similar? I'm just looking for an adjuster meant for a 2.25" ID spring (preferably steel). I picked up some dirt cheap springs and it'd be nice to be able to use them!

Universal weight jacks or coilovers? Try the roundy-round guys.

I've found this;
http://www.colemanracing.com/Shock-Sleeve-Shrink-On-P3591.aspx
and this;

Not steel though. I may be stuck with one of them anyways. I have the 2.25 spring and adjuster nut already.

I'll give you a hint. BMW guys. Laughing Free springs/adjusters/pads means I'll do a bit more effort to find the threaded sleeve. Speedway is a cluster

I bet bilstein and koni both sell the proper sleeves, its about knowing the shock body size.

Also, a phone call to ground-control may work, see if they have a sleeve that size, or southwest speed, coleman, or other misc circle track places.

Also, a phone call

That's what it's going to have to boil down to. Phone calls to parts houses (speed or OE) have always been the bane of my existence.

I found mine from a Mazda 6 coilover kit. Did you try ground control?
