Ummm, PDX may have had a few rain drops, that might have slightly reflected more light in headlights. So, half the city decided to wreck their cars on the freeway.

I had maybe 1/2" of snow on my car this morning. Nothing on the roads - I had the vanpool at near 70 on I-5 and I-405 this morning, along with all the other traffic (I'm against the commute, so traffic is always at speed limit or more).
