New top end and wiring harness at the least. Was the hood closed when it happened?

its how i bought the car... its seized, cant move the motor what so ever

Thought it looked like a fire at first myself too.. but zoomed in it looks more like it sat a long time with the hood open. That motors not worth fixing. Grab flea's or doubletakes.

My mind immediately went to fire based on the marks on the aluminum and the rust pattern on the rockers (concentric around the throttle body) but then I notced the convoluted wrap was still in place and that stuff if the first thing to burn. Laughing
