So I've been smelling gas lately, and this seems to be evidence that it is running way to rich.
I'm not sure how to modify the air flow muxture. I have a 1989 throttle bodied 305. This was discovered when i went to put on a new filter.
What parts should i be concerned about. I think of
Fuel filter
O2 sensor
Dirty injectors
Fouled spark plugs.
Timing.
Since the problem was found on the underside of the air cleaner, should I only be concerned about the valve timing, and things farther up the line?
Thank you in advance. |

Looks old is all.
Might think about replacing your PCV valve. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |
