hard to sell a car without a motor so i sold the red 87 iroc instead.
besides i had alot of stuff into the car like the roll cage sub frame connectors, spohn brackets, sumped fuel cell, 1/2 fuel lines, manual shift th-350, if i did sell it i would loose alot of money.

yes it has intercooler from a 93 power stoke.

So i had a 1970 camaro 350 engine block had that rebuilt by cassels engines with all forged internals, i had a set of 441 heads had them indexted, cc'd and ported and polished the chambers where 72 cc to 76 cc so it needed to be done or it will reak havoc on the bearings so now they are all at 76.6 cc. also got a quick fuel B/T 650 carb that working out good.

i am using aeromotive a1000 fuel pump, aeromotive filters and aeromotive boost reference fuel regulator feeding a quick fuel B/T 650.
also have a locked out dizzy set at 35 degrees and a hyfire 6 programmable (adjust boost retard, start retard, timing curve, and rpm cut off) with 3 bar map sensor.

and the ford power stroke intercooler fits around the be cool aluminum radiator just have to cut the top of the tank about 3 rows off.

Now for some carnage

This is piston number 1 on the 500 hp 5.7 sbc detonation Hyper pistons with forged rods and crank. Cracked the heads front to back when i leaned out and the pump failed to keep up (losing psi during boost)

This is a junkyard 400 sbc with cast pistons it also detonated on piston 1 but i couldn't tell while it was running. (i stuck this in to move the car from point a to b)

what i learned don't bother with the lil 255lp pumps and if your gonna build do it with forged.

While i was on my break. I notice this huge wasp or cicada? its about 2 inches long and was attacking the yellow jackets when the fly near it. poping there heads off. I thought the black hornets only do that.
