i've got an appt to take it back in on monday.
i would have been fine in spending a little more to get all the injectors done.

i don't know why they only replaced one injector (this is at the GM dealership), but that's all the reciept says they did. And that still costs a fortune.

is there any part of the fuel system (mainly delivery) that turns on when the accessory power is turned on?

they got the new injector in and they say everything is running great. I'll go by there today and check it out, but it seems like the problem may be solved.

the injector in #7 was bad too. They're not going to pull the head (that's the last resort, so they're doing everything they can to NOT do that).

i was hoping i would be able to make it over that direction for Cows and drop in on a shop, but i can't make it over.

i think it's running rich because of the fuel smell coming out of the exhaust. it's really bad inside the car too (like when the windows are down and you come to a stop light).

i wouldn't limit a mechanic. I'm not one, so i have no place in telling them what to do. I was just looking for some possible ideas on what could be the problem. I'm about the farthest thing from a me ...
